We offer
a program where you would contract with us to raise the animals
or vegetables of your choice. This could be cattle, hogs,
sheep, goats, fowl, farm fresh eggs, spinach, yellow or green
beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, beets, red winter wheat,
melons, or any type of vegetables you desire. We would raise
and grow your request according to our mutually agreed upon
practices and deliver it to you at the end of the contract.

way" meaning we don't at this time accept credit cards.
Pricing
for grass fed beef is $4.25/pound of hanging weight.
Hanging weight is what remains
after the blood, organs, head, hide, and feet
are removed. We recommend dry aging the beef for
both flavor and tenderness. By doing this, the
natural enzymes in the meat are released which
softens the connective tissues. Dry aging reduces
the final cutout weight of the meat by as much
as 20%. Removal of the bones if requested also
reduces cutout weight. All other livestock and
vegetables are priced at fair market value. We
